The 5/6 unit has been busy learning how to calculate the area and perimeter of larger areas.
What better way to practise our new skills than to measure our own school?
We now know how to step out a metre, calculate the total area of a building with multiple rooms and we can even draw an accurate diagram to share our measurements.
